How to Order Custom Pizza Boxes: A Step-by-Step Checklist

Ordering a first batch of custom pizza boxes is simpler than most first-time buyers expect, but a little prep before you request a quote makes the whole process faster. Here’s the checklist we walk every new account through.

1. Gather your artwork

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) print the cleanest and let us scale your logo to any box size without quality loss. If you only have a PNG, JPG, or a photo of a sign, that’s fine too — our designers will recreate it print-ready at no charge.

2. Decide which sizes you need

Look at your actual order mix before choosing sizes. Most accounts standardize on the 12in Medium Pizza Box for the bulk of orders, then add a 10in Personal, 14in Large, 16in XL, or Corrugated Deep-Dish Box depending on menu offerings.

3. Pick a board finish

4. Estimate your quantity

Approximate is fine at the quote stage — we’ll firm it up once you see the mockup. Our minimum is just 12 boxes per size, and pricing improves meaningfully as quantity increases.

5. Confirm your timeline
